What this service is
A Wiser Move is a consumer education and real estate agent introduction service. We introduce you to agents to interview. We do not list or sell homes ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with an agent.
No cost and no obligation
There is no upfront cost or obligation to you. You do not have to hire any agent we introduce. A referral fee may be paid to James Suarez and/or Real Brokerage when a sale closes with an agent you were introduced to.
How agents are chosen
Agent recommendations are based on available local market data and performance criteria, not paid placement. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Your information
You agree that the details you give us are true and that you are the owner of the property or authorized to ask about it. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your information.
Homes that are already listed
This service is not intended to solicit property already listed. We respect existing listing agreements.
