What is A Wiser Move?
A Wiser Move is a free consumer education and real estate agent introduction service in California. We research how local agents actually perform, then connect home sellers with one, two or three top agents to interview before they hire anyone. It is led by James Suarez, a licensed California real estate broker (DRE #01433992).
Is this really free?
Yes. There is no upfront cost or obligation to you. If you sell with an agent you were introduced to, a referral fee may be paid to James Suarez and/or Real Brokerage when the sale closes.
Will I get calls from lots of agents?
No. Only the one, two or three agents you choose, and only by the methods you pick: text, call or email. Your details are never sent to a list.
Why interview more than one agent?
Because agents are not equal, and comparing a few top performers is the easiest way to avoid an expensive mistake. Most sellers choose three.
Do I have to hire one of the agents?
No. No obligation at all.
