How A Wiser Move picks your agents
Short answer
A Wiser Move picks agents on how they actually perform near your home: recent local sales, days on market, sale price compared to list price, experience with homes like yours, client reviews and communication. Agents can't pay to be ranked higher. You choose whether to meet one, two or three of them.
What we look at
- Recent sales in your neighborhood. Who is actually closing sales near your home, not just advertising there. Recent sales count more than older ones.
- Average days on market. How long their listings take to sell compared with the area.
- Sale price compared to list price. How close their recent sales came to the asking price, which shows how their pricing holds up with real buyers.
- Experience with homes like yours. Their track record with your type of home and price range.
- Client reviews. What past clients say once the sale is done.
- Communication and responsiveness. How quickly and clearly they keep sellers in the loop.
What we never do
- Rank agents higher because they paid us.
- Send your details to a list of agents.
- Introduce you to more agents than you asked for.
- Solicit homes that are already listed with an agent.
How you get matched
You tell us what you are planning, the type of home, your timeline and the address. We use that to find agents with proven results for homes like yours nearby, then introduce the number of agents you chose, by the methods you picked. You interview them and decide. Our free Seller Guidance Kit gives you the questions to ask each one.
A referral fee may be paid to James Suarez and/or Real Brokerage when a sale closes with an agent you were introduced to. Read how free agent matching works.
